The removal will take affect within two weeks from the receipt date of request, subject to verbal contact. All phone numbers received and input in this system are treated as unlisted; subject to applicable privacy laws and as such will not be released to the public, sold to any outside vendors, or given freely to any other agencies. In the extreme case of a mass call situation where Lincom may employ other outside agencies to facilitate large numbers of simultaneous contacts, said agencies are subject to similar rules and regulations reguarding personal privacy laws.
